Important dates

19th May 2009 – End of year return P35 due for clients operating a payroll scheme

31st May 2009 – Last day to send employees P60’s for clients operating a payroll

6th July 2009 – P11d, P11d(b) and P9d due for clients with employees who receive ‘benefits in kind’

19th July 2009 – National Insurance due on any ‘benefits in kind’ for employees of clients

31st July 2009 – second payment on account due for year ended 5th April 2009

31st October 2009 – deadline for paper submission of tax return for the year ended 5th April 2009

31st January 2010 – deadline for electronic submission of tax return for the year ended 5th April 2009 together with payment of outstanding tax.

31st July 2010 – second payment on account for the year ended 5th April 2010
