Howard Rushmer I.B. Tax
Howard joined Sandison Easson & Co. in 1979, having previously spent 5 years in the Tax and Investment Departments of Barclays Trust Co, in Manchester, Nottingham and Norwich. Appointed Partner in 1996.
Alan Thomson B.Sc. M.Sc. A.C.A.

Alan gained an honours degree in Geology at the University of Aberdeen followed by a M.Sc. in Geophysics at the University of Durham. Alan trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with two firms in Manchester and joined Sandison Easson & Co. in 1995. Appointed Partner in 1996.
Martin Murray B.Sc. A.C.A. A.T.I.I.
Martin gained a “first” in Biochemistry at the University of Glasgow, then trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with one of the international firms of accountants, Deloitte & Touche, Manchester. During his time at Deloitte’s, Martin successfully sat the Institute of Taxation examinations. Martin joined Sandison Easson & Co. in 1994. Appointed partner in 1996.
Ian Tongue B.Sc., A.C.A.

Ian gained an honours degree in Finance and Accounting before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2000. Ian Joined Sandison Easson & Co. in 2006 and brings with him ‘Big Firm’ experience gained at KPMG and Ernst & Young which will enhance the services provided by the firm. Appointed partner in 2007.
